the views from the mountain view room were breathtaking, but, honestly, climbing that steep hill was unforgivable. And where was my complimentary upgrade? It's almost as if I wasn't worth it. not to mention the unfinished outdoor renovations, which really took away from the overall ambiance. I almost thought to leave a good review, but I just couldn't.
